At Paylonvero, S.L. (hereinafter, «Paylonvero») we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect the information you provide to us through paylonvero.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we collect
We collect data that you voluntarily provide through the newsletter subscription form (name and email address) and non-identifying technical data related to browsing, such as IP address, browser and visited pages.
3. Purpose of processing
We process your data to send you the weekly Eco newsletter, answer your enquiries, measure the use of the site in an aggregated way and improve our educational content on renewable energy and protection of the territory.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) when subscribing to the newsletter, on Paylonvero's legitimate interest in measuring the aggregated use of the site (art. 6.1.f GDPR) and on compliance with applicable legal obligations.
5. Data retention
Data linked to the subscription is kept while your subscription remains active. If you unsubscribe, we delete your personal data within a maximum of 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
6. Recipients
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with technology providers acting as data processors (web hosting and email delivery), all of them based in the European Economic Area or with equivalent guarantees.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability at any time by writing to info@paylonvero.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and periodic security reviews.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. We will publish the current version on this same page, indicating the date of the last update.
